Overview
The refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards ,downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some cases where only a partial refund is granted:
Any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
Any item is returned in more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of our approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is published.

Sale items
Refunds are only allowed on regular priced products. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange them for the same item, send us a message to : deltafreecamp@gmail.com and send your item to: Lefkados 8 ,Preveza(P.C.48100).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a postal gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor sent the order to themselves to be delivered to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your refund.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must mail it to: Lefkados 8, Preveza (P.O. Box 48100).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
